EMERGENCY SERVICES
E.P Management Corp. has established procedures for emergencies at all of the properties that we manage. During the hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, our Beverly office is open. All calls to our main office during business hours are answered by our receptionist and forwarded to the appropriate person. Our Property Managers carry Nextel telephones and pagers as does our maintenance personnel.

In the event of an emergency at the property during weekday business hours, the property manager and support personnel will be notified and respond as needed.

E.P. Management Corp. maintains a 24-hour answering service at 781-279-8788 which will give access for emergency service after normal business hours. Your call will be forwarded to the answering service who would then page the appropriate person for response.
