Managers (CPM), who are members of the Institute of Real

Estate Management, Greater Boston Real Estate Board and

Community Association Institute. Our in-house accounting

department is staffed by one Certified Public Accountants who

specialize in real estate. Additional support staff at our corporate

office in Beverly includes two assistant Property managers, a

secretary/receptionist, an accounting clerk and a full-charge

bookeeper. We pride ourselves in the fact we have very little

turnover of personnel and are a team that works well together.
